I came across your work 5 years ago on the recommendation of a friend. Since then I usually take cold showers in the mornings. The first winter I was very radical. Now not so much.
Five years ago Wim Hof was more mocked than applauded. Nowadays you can find ice baths in LIDL and some people take a cold shower (just in case it's as good as they say).
Wim Hof is a very funny guy (you can watch it on youtube) and an example of unwavering constancy.
It has taken him 20 to 30 years to be taken seriously.
