ABOUT ILLUSTRATION
The Italian coffee maker (cafetera moka) known in Italy as greca or macchinetta is a coffee maker that, in a similar manner to the espresso coffee maker, brews coffee by passing boiled water pressurized by steam through ground coffee.

The invention was patented in Italy by inventor Alfonso Bialetti in 1933, whose company, Bialetti continues to produce the same original model. The moka coffee maker has become one of the basic elements of Italian culture.
