When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Platja d'Oliva. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during vacations and sales seasons. We normally process orders on Thursdays and ship on Fridays. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow between 1 and 14 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take between 2 and 14 business days for delivery in Spain, and between 8 and 20 business days for international orders (depending on location).
Will I be charged taxes and customs?
Our experience so far tells us that you will not pay taxes or customs duties on international purchases outside Europe although being something outside our control we can not ensure that the purchase is exempt.
