ADVANCED COURSE - 30 Things a Young Artist Should Know
You will receive one email per day for 30 days.
With everything a young artist should know, ALWAYS according to my experience. About 40 years doing cartoons.
But let me tell you a little more.
I have two young children and they both love to draw. Almost every day they spend between one and two hours drawing.
If at some point they wanted to dedicate themselves to it, I would send them these 30 emails to prepare them for what is coming.
Because the profession of artist is WONDERFUL but it is a marathon. A very long marathon. Very long. It requires extraordinary preparation and motivation. It is not enough to be good, you have to be indestructible. Inexhaustible.
In these 30 emails I want to help you be a little better prepared for the marathon. I want to show you some paths that I know because I've walked them. I want to motivate you.
Dare to step out of your world.
I will accompany you for a while.

In this course you will receive one email per day for 30 days.
I do it this way so that every day you can learn one thing. Just one thing.
Not two.
Not three.
ONLY 1
This gives you time to reflect.
Because the important things,
those that make a difference, need time. They need rest.
But not only that.
They also need repetition. It is not enough to listen to them only once. You have to go in circles around the same idea.
Like a spiral.
Until you gradually assimilate the new idea and integrate it into your life. Or if you see that it is not for you, you discard it.
Please note:
- You will receive a daily email. Only one.
- They read quite fast. It won't take you long and you can combine it with any other task, course... whatever.
- Emails are sent only once. If you want to keep them, do not delete them as they are not sent any more times and are not saved on the web.
JAPANESE INSPIRATION
Each piece is made following a long work process inspired by the technique and style of Japanese ukiyo-e prints, using traditional materials such as watercolor, ink, brushes and pens. Learn more about the artist
