Today I bring a very special piece. And what makes it special is what you can't see or smell but it is there. And it is that in that house there is a whole family eating Arròs al forn (baked rice). There is the grandmother, who has prepared everything, and the rest of the family.
Grandma got up very early to prepare the rice and it was baked in the village bakery. Xeresa.
