ABOUT ARTICHOKE
It is a plant of Mediterranean origin y reaches 1.4 to 2 meters in height. It re-sprouts from the vine every year, after winter, if the cold has not frozen it. The leaves are light green on the upper side and on the underside are covered with whitish fibrils that give it a pale appearance. Both the corner of the leaf and the main vein have very protruding longitudinal ribs.
