ABOUT THE SEAHORSE
Seahorses or hippocampi are a group of marine fish belonging to the Syngnathidae family, which also includes pipefishes. Their etymology comes from the combination of the two classical Greek terms ίππος (hippos, meaning "horse"), due to the peculiar resemblance of their heads to those of horses, and kampos ("sea monster"). I'm not an art student, but I enjoy looking at art, and I have to admit that drawing relaxes me, although I don't do it very, very little, because I don't have the time and because I don't think I'm very good at it. The course has helped me understand that if you enjoy drawing, do it... and if you don't like the result, just throw it away. If you improve with practice, then great! And if not, or if you improve slowly, so what! The important thing is to enjoy the process. So, it's fantastic, because I'll be able to draw whenever I want without feeling "guilty" about not doing it well and wasting time. As for the quality/price ratio, it's unbeatable!
