ABOUT ROSEMARY
The rosemary (Rosmarinus Officinales in Latin - Romer or romaní in Valencian) is a highly branched and occasionally stunted perennial woody herb that can reach up to 2 meters in height. Its dark green leaves and whitish obverse are small, very abundant and linear in shape. Rosemary flowers can be white, pink, purple or blue. It belongs to the Lamiaceae family like marjoram, basil or mint.
