Original illustration set in Bhaktapur (Nepal) made in ink and watercolor on paper.

ABOUT BHAKTAPUR
Bhaktapur is a city of Nepal located in the Kathmandu Valley, 13 kilometers east of the capital and 1400 meters above sea level. Its population is 72,543 inhabitants. The name comes from the Sanskrit bhakta: 'devotee' and pura: 'city'. In Bengali it is called Bhadgaon, and in Newari, Khwopa.

JUJU DHAU
The last vignette shows a pot of juju dhau (Nepal Bhasa: धौ), a yogurt prepared by Newars of Nepal. It is traditionally made in earthenware pots. The most famous and delicious variety of dhau is juju dhau, which is known for its rich flavor and thick consistency. Juju dhau literally means «king yogurt» in Nepali Bhasa. It is a specialty of Bhaktapur city.

ABOUT WATERCOLOR

Drawing as a way of life and not as a technique to be "learned""

yoga way

A real pleasure that you share your passion with us and also know how to transmit it in such a beautiful way. Drawing is an art, we all know that, but you also have to build the concept and not just stay in the technique. Great learning and great your words! Thank you 🙂 Thank you

I held this book in my hands years ago, and returning to the island brought back so many memories. I tried to find it in Ibiza, but had no luck, so I got it directly from the author. It was packaged with such care and attention, and everything went perfectly. Thank you so much :)
