What are the MRRKs that I will receive?
MRRKs are the currency of the workshop. Each month you will receive a few depending on your subscription. You can keep them, use them to pay on the website or convert them into a coupon to share with someone else. They do NOT expire.
How do I pay the subscription?
Place your order like any other product in the store. Once the first payment of the subscription has been made, the following payments will be made automatically. To cancel the payments you only have to cancel the subscription from your account. In two clicks. Easy and fast.
Do you make returns?
No. Subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel your subscription from day one and no further payments will be made.
Is there permanence?
No. You can subscribe and unsubscribe whenever you want.
Can I change the subscription plan?
Yes, once you subscribe you can upgrade and downgrade your subscription whenever you want.. For this purpose:
1. Enter the section «subscriptions»of your account
2. Click on the title of the subscription.
3. Select «change subscription plan»and choose the new subscription.
4. You will immediately go to the finalize purchase. Follow the steps and the change will be effective.
