Eight Months of Legendary Auctions™.

We have been auctioning for almost eight months now and I want to celebrate with a brief history of how we got here:

The first auction
The first auction started on February 17, 2025. Only one person bid, who won an original tribute to Toriyama for 10€ (Image above. I look at it and I don't believe it - I want to buy it back!!!). Congratulations to the winner.

Next auctions
The first auction aroused some interest among subscribers and followers in social networks and the following days and weeks several more works were auctioned. Prices went up until reaching a record high of 200€ with La Casa de la Marquesa.

Incredible success of the latest Legendary Auction™.

I think you may have already noticed: The latest Auction Legendary™. is working INCREDIBLY well.

No one has bid yet, but I can feel the energy. The tension... The magic... You feel it too, don't you!

And I want to celebrate.
No, no... wait...

I want us to celebrate.

And we're going to celebrate by adding not one but TWO more extras.

Two books by Oliva signed.
One for you (which I assume you will win) and one for you to give as a gift. Because giving away... watch this: giving away is wonderful.

Giving socks as a gift = Less wonderful
Giving a travel notebook as a gift = More wonderful.

How do you stay?
Incredible, isn't it?

Well, according to the calendar there are still MORE surprises left but on Sunday the bidding increase goes up. Don't be left behind.

I want you to win because you deserve it.

The first surprise

I present to you the first of the surprises that will accompany the Legendary Auction™ that we have right now marching fine as a Tesla but unstoppable as an ocean liner.

This is the ink sketch I used for the color illustration. (image above).

For years I have been working with line and color on separate sheets, a technique inspired by traditional comics. It took me 10 years (to put a round number) to find a way to do it right.

And the surprise is:
- That the drawing will be included in the auction!

That is, whoever wins gets the color original AND the black and white original. Both. Both.

What do you think?

It's amazing, isn't it!

Well, we still have a few more surprises to discover.

Looks like a tiger but is an Irbis

Drawing with kids in summer is a very fun and relaxing activity. I drew the picture above yesterday while B.M.d.l.F. (my oldest heir) was drawing pokemons.

This is an activity ESPECIALLY recommended for adults with some kind of blockage/fear with drawing and painting thanks to an unwritten rule.

The standard: if you draw with children put yourself at their level. Draw without trying too hard, a little bit shabby but fun. If you draw too well they'll end up comparing themselves to you and getting frustrated.

No one would think of telling Maradona to play serious soccer against a 7 year old. The same with drawing.

Thanks to this rule, any idea of trying to make «a good drawing» disappears. And you have a lot of fun.

Greetings - PEACE and Love

PS: The workshop is still closed for vacations but orders are still being processed (slow but they are being processed, hehehe...).

PS2: Ta-da! I'm back to Instagram...

New field easel in Bocairent

I'm still «a bit on vacation» but last weekend I was 100% on vacation.

We went to Bocairent and I had time to use a field (or travel) easel for the first time and make an ink sketch of Bocairent.

In case you are interested:

VERY nice Bocairent.
And VERY convenient field stand (with storage box).
But EVEN BETTER the Camping Villa Carmen (this).

There will be no auctions until September.
But it will be very special.
