The historic center of Oliva in the region of La Safor is one of the largest in the area and is made up of a series of traditional Valencian style houses from different periods, from the most humble to the stately. All this in a relief somewhat «steep» at some points but most of the time accessible to everyone.

1,024 inhabitants - 1km² - Palmeri, palmerina
The term has a completely flat relief with a slight slope towards the sea, as it sits on the alluvial plain that occupies almost the entire orchard of the Safor.
With the expulsion of the Moors it had to remain totally depopulated. During the nineteenth century, after overcoming the silk crisis and transforming agriculture towards the cultivation of orange trees, the population doubled to 458 inhabitants in 1900. Its local history lacks relevant facts and is immersed in the historical evolution of the Duchy of Gandía, to which it belonged until the disassociation laws of the Cortes de Cádiz in 1814.

2,256 inhabitants - 17km - Xereser, xeresera
Xeresa is located in the northern part of the Safor. The surface of the term is mostly mountainous, with a predominance of limestone rocks. The village is built on flat land, surrounded by mountains that form an arc. To the west of the municipality is the Mondúver massif.
This year I have been trying a new way to present my work. It is a system in which a sheet of paper is attached to a wooden board and the edges are framed with strips. Then everything is varnished and voila, the result is spectacular.

La Safor is a coastal region made up of 31 municipalities and with a census of 171,903 inhabitants. It is located in the province of Valencia and borders the province Alicante, both in the Valencian Community, Spain. Its capital and best known city is Gandíawhich currently has 73,000 inhabitants. Other places of special tourist interest are the municipality of Olivathanks to its historic center and its quiet beaches, or Villalonga for its numerous and interesting mountain routes.

25,101 inhabitants - 59.93 km2
Oliva is the second most populated city in the region of Oliva. Safor and the population with the largest historical center. The toponym comes from Arabic (Awrabatu), of possible pre-Roman origin. Later it was called Awriba or Awruba, and in Valencian the terms Oriva and Oliva alternated until the 16th century when the latter prevailed.
Experimental Comic Collection
In my new experimental facet I have come across this way of making comics that interests me a lot: basically it is about alternating different scenes that are framed in the same space to create the idea of a larger one. In this case Nepal (Kathmandu and surroundings).
With this set of images I believe that it is possible to generate a superimage, which is something like an idea (or perhaps a sensation) of space formed by small pieces and which is coherent, complex and much greater than the sum of the parts that are actually shown.
Along with the Church of Santa Maria the church of Sant Roc is one of the most beautiful and emblematic of Oliva BUT I wish it was renamed as Sant Rock.
When I run for mayor of Oliva (2023) it will be one of my proposals. Other proposals will be:
- Change the name of Oliva as Oliba, to improve the positioning in Google (the olive is confused with the municipality. We don't want that).
- Independence of Oliva beach (historical claim) and legalization of Bob Marley.
- Return La Marjal to its natural state with the release of hippos and crocodiles.
- Ban selfies in public spaces.
- Raise the mayor's salary to €9,500 per month (this would not be in the program and would only be applied if I were to become mayor).
